Mindfulness explores the boundlessness of heart of compassion and understanding. Love’s infinite interconnectedness. The practice of qigong teaches me the art of tapping into my energy ( Qi ) and that around us. To then be able to cultivate the cycle of ( Qi ) within us and the universe around. It’s tangible in gifts of a smile, warmth of presence and goodwill. It’s one that is felt together and alone. Most surely recognised when it’s there and absent.
And so today I practice harmony of heart. In my home, street and good company.
